When you contact Nextdoor Support, your case may first be routed to a Nextdoor Expert who can quickly answer your question.
Experts are Nextdoor members selected from the Nextdoor community -- based on their contributions to their Nextdoor neighborhoods -- who are assisting the Nextdoor Support team in answering incoming member questions.
If your question cannot be answered by an Expert, that Expert will route your question back to the Nextdoor Support team for resolution. All responses to member questions from Experts will be clearly indicated as originating from a Nextdoor community member rather than a Nextdoor staff member.
Our goal with this program is to get your support issue resolved as quickly as possible. By allowing the members of the Nextdoor community to support other members, we can provide better, faster support to our growing membership.
Nextdoor Experts primarily answer basic questions about using Nextdoor, such as:
- How do I change my email settings?
- How do I update my profile photo?
- How do I protect my privacy?
- How do I join at my summer home?
- How do I update my account to my new address?
