Verify as a landlord

If you don't receive mail at the address of the residence you own/manage, and are unable to verify your address through one of our standard verification methods, you can send us a deed, or an official document that contains both your name and the address associated with your Nextdoor account on it.

Alternatively, if you know a neighbor who’s verified, you can ask them to email us and vouch that you own/manage a property in the neighborhood. With either option, we'll manually verify your account right away.
