Verify as a landlord

If you don't receive mail at the address of the residence you own, and are unable to verify your address through one of our standard verification methods, you can send us a deed, or an official document that contains both your name and the address associated with your Nextdoor account on it.

Alternatively, if you know a neighbor who’s verified, you can ask them to email us and vouch that you own a property in the neighborhood. With either option, we'll manually verify your account right away.
