I don't receive mail at my home address
We require that members join using the street address of their home, rather than with a PO Box or mailing address. If you don't receive mail at your home address and are unable to verify your address through one of our standard methods, you can email us a copy of a utility bill or some other official document that has both your name and the address associated with your Nextdoor account on it.
Alternatively, if you know a neighbor who’s verified, you can ask them to email us and vouch that you live in the neighborhood. With either option, we'll manually verify your account right away.
